# How Many Business days in a Year

You all work day & night for your “earning” but have you ever wondered that for how many days you do your work in a year

### What working days actually are?

As we all got to work whether it’s an office or business we have to go their daily & have to do our work. But in 365 days of a year do we need to work 365 days, of course not as there are many holidays between. Every Sunday we get an off from the job & also in 2nd Saturday too we get an off. Also, we have many holidays & the number of off days depends from country to country, as there are many holidays with respect to religion, there are many holidays with respect to a particular person. Like in many countries they give a holiday on the birthday of their freedom fighters or for the father of their nation. By deducing all of these holidays from 365 days of a year the rest of the days when we work are termed as working days, like working days we also have working hours which depends from country to country & this is the time according to which we have to start our work & end our work known as working hours.

### How Many Business days in a Year?

Well, we all are interested in knowing those days in which we have to work for a year, so according to the stats in an average, we have 261 days as our working days. Which also shows that we get 104 days in a year as the holiday which is also paid holidays, that means every year we are getting paid for 104 days without working. But it doesn’t end here we have more to say as 261 is not the accurate figure of working days as we also get 7 public holidays in a year, we also have 20 paid leaves that we can take when needed & this leave is not always granted but if we also make a count on it then we can a figure of 234 days in a year as working days well this can also depend from country to country as public holidays are not same in each country, also the paid leave depends from country to country with which the number of working days also gets different for different countries but it will not be very far from the figure provided.
